Emergency Response Equipment is located on Ground Floor , Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 (Gym)
Equipment must be checked at least ONCE per 24 hour period.
If any item is outside of range, expired, or requires replacemnt a follow-up email must be sent to the Coordinator and included as part of handover. Details must be added to the base of the form.
